the Renegade Training, "Vitamin G" has developed the incredible

into a worldwide phenomenon. Through G-spot's tireless and
thought provoking style he has developed a Web presence that
has helped
make Renegade training the industry leader bar none as well as
being the most emulated system / marketing approach in the sector.
Additionally he has become highly recognized as "G-Style" for
a duality of possessing business savvy and a raucous lifestyle
of a BMX champion that are chronicled in his outlandish writings
on granthansen.com.
Mr. Hansen has collaborated on each of
the Renegade books ("Renegade
Training for Football," "Xtreme Sports Training ~ Renegade
Style," "R Factor for Golf" and "The Mark
of R Part II - The Rebirth of Honor") as well as contributing
to "Xtreme Sports Training ~ Renegade Style" and being
a noted author of over 200 articles ranging in varied topics
such as sport training, his ongoing antics in BMX, and inspirational
choices in life. The fall of 2004 saw his film debut in "Movement
in Stillness" and then further in his co-starring role in
the 3-part series "Forever Fit." Forever Fit is a 3-part
DVD series that attacked his favorite topic of health improvements
for the mainstream public to which he has specialized for a number
of years.
This summer/fall of 2005, he has joined
Mr. Davies in developing the first dedicated Renegade personal
and executive training
services located in New York. These services will provide individual
and customized training and coaching services for discretionary
business leaders with focus on personal health, team management,
motivation, diet management, wellness regime that will not only
fuel continued career success but life enrichment. Additionally
while having an intensely busy business life as a highly
sought after consultant in the NY metropolitan area, he has announced
his return to the competitive BMX scene to which we can only
