RAT™ In RAT™ part
1, John Davies, Jim Massaro and Jon Doyle demonstrate a top selection
of exercises using a variety of mediums. These exercies will help you

will see how to use traditional barbells the right way in lifts such
as the unique method to perform the "corner-bar twist" or
the "turkish
get-up" but in a manner only seen in Renegade Training. After
that we go through a short but highly effective med ball program, bodyweight
training and conclude with some imperfect work that you will want to
make use of in your own training. |
