Within the training protocols, complexes are used as they enhance power and force production, whilst teaching the body to work in a single harmonious fashion but additionally in a highly time efficient manner. Not simply for the competitive athlete, training complexes can vary in technical demands yet the benefits are always pronounced as complexes infers benefits to the total physiological system that creates a greater foundation for other work to build on.
